Rastaala Visit Dunkirk November 2014
It was a great pleasure to welcome 5 teachers from Rastaala School in November 2014. Ms Tarja (Principal), Ms Taija, Ms Monna, Ms Olivia and Mr Nikos came for two days. They worked in their link classes and looked at stories and songs linked to the topic of Power and Greed.
Banyan Class heard the story of The Invisible Child from Finland and watched a film about it. They will do some work on the story as a follow up activity.
Mr Nikos, Ms Monna and Ms Olivia did a wonderful music lesson with Cedar and Banyan class. The children enjoyed the lesson and look forward to more music with Mr Nikos, Ms Oliva and Ms Monna at the Pupil Camp due to be held in March 2015 at Lockerbrook Farm Activity Centre in Derbyshire.
